sa.global secures strategic position in the Microsoft ISV Success and AI Cloud Partner Programs

This recognition is based on four AI agent proposals from sa.global and reflect innovation and strategic alignment with Microsoft’s AI and cloud vision.

Cardiff, UK – June 30, 2025: In a significant advancement of their AI capabilities, sa.global has joined the Microsoft ISV Success Program and Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. The achievement follows Microsoft’s recognition of four AI agent proposals developed by sa.global labs, demonstrating the company’s alignment with Microsoft’s AI vision to drive an AI-first strategy.

“This recognition comes at a pivotal time when AI is reshaping business applications—and has our undivided focus. This alignment positions us to develop solutions that anticipate market demands rather than just responding to them,” said Stephen James, Founder and CEO of sa.global.

Four AI agents addressing real-world challenges

The four AI agent proposals that secured sa.global’s position in the programs directly address critical business challenges faced by service-centric organizations:

  • Invoice collaboration agent: streamlines invoice clarifications to improve cash flow.
  • Optimized global resource allocation agent: uses predictive analytics to optimize staffing.
  • Optimized project planning estimations agent: enhances budgeting accuracy and delivery predictability with historical data.
  • Proactive execution management agent: flags project risks early with AI-driven insights.

All four agents are being developed using Microsoft’s AI platform and Azure OpenAI technologies, with plans for integration into sa.global’s industry cloud solutions.

Technology and innovation approach

Moacyr Galo, Chief AI Officer and Head of sa.global labs, highlighted the strategic approach behind the proposals, “sa.global labs is our engine for high-value AI innovation. Our AI agents are purpose-built to tackle critical operational pain points uncovered across thousands of project-driven implementations. Backed by deep industry expertise, we equip clients with a solid data foundation to support AI agents in extreme automation. Microsoft’s acknowledgment reinforces our belief that AI’s true value lies in solving real, high-impact business challenges—not theoretical use cases.”

Natalie Blackhurst, Head of Product and AI Enablement at sa.global, explained how this partnership will reshape the company’s product strategy, “It provides us with both the technical foundation and market reach to fundamentally reimagine our product roadmap. Rather than treating AI as an add-on feature, we’re now positioned to integrate contextual intelligence throughout our solution portfolio.”
