Global biotech company secures future growth with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM delivered by sa.global

sa.global has been chosen by a global biotechnology company to implement the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution, replacing their current system that was not suited to the company’s future growth strategy. The company, a developer and manufacturer of specialty enzymes for a variety of industries, was using Sage CRM and Sage Accounts as the core finance and CRM solutions. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution will replace the Sage CRM solution utilising industry best practice processes and an introduction of smarter ways of working within the business.

“The client reviewed their internal systems and realised that their current Sage CRM system was restricting growth through poor usability and reporting. They engaged with several suppliers but chose Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement due to its breadth of functionality and ease of use," stated George Morton, Dynamics Sales Consultant at sa.global. “This is a very exciting project for both - the client and sa.global,” he added.

As a part of the pre-implementation process, sa.global will soon conduct workshops to walk the client’s key user team through business processes and provide knowledge transfer. These prototyping sessions are designed to provide key users a hands-on experience with the system and help them identify the entities and fields required to make this project a success.

sa.global will seek to utilise the out of the box (OOB) functionality from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to enable the most cost-effective solution in the timeliest manner. The functional scope includes Sales Operations, Pipeline Management and Customer Service Operations. The client also expects to benefit from quick user uptake of the solution as it is based on the familiar Microsoft user experience that works seamlessly with Outlook, Excel and Word.

The client is scheduled to go live with the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution in July 2019.
