This new approach helps Microsoft serve customers better by focusing on the support needs of the latest versions of the software.
With Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the cloud, Microsoft has been regularly deploying updates under the One Version umbrella to bring the latest features and improve specific business areas of the customers’ operations. Microsoft will push these updates to your UAT environment, and it is usually followed by testing to check whether all the features and customizations work efficiently before the production environment is updated.
