With over 25 years of experience in the IT/hi-tech industry, Mourad Jbiha is the Chief People Officer at sa.global. He is also the Country Manager for the MEA countries and was earlier Country Manager for sa.global France and the Head of Group Sales and Marketing.

Mourad has worked in large multinational organizations including Unisys (Netherlands, UK, and France) and Oracle where he held senior roles in sales and consulting. Mourad holds several degrees from French business schools and universities, including bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business and economics, postgraduate degrees; one in international business and the other in B2B marketing.

Mourad teaches at the University of Paris XI (IUP de Sceaux). He is also extremely interested in intercultural communication and is an observer of connections between people from different cultural backgrounds. If you ever ask Mourad to a round of golf, you can be sure he will never say no - he loves the putt game.
