Rapid growth and oncoming challenges

O3b was growing and at a rapid pace. The challenge this created was that immediately after the commercial launch of the company, O3b found itself in dire need of an ERP system that would address its growing and global needs — a solution that would be readily available to its worldwide team and also be able to streamline and unite global processes under one solution.
