Calla Barras brings more than 20 years of senior project leadership and client delivery experience. She is passionate about working on new and evolving projects and programs. Over the past 20+ years, she has excelled as a leader for consulting organizations by blending her ability to lead technical and project delivery teams, develop and foster deep client relationships, establish strategic direction, and achieve financial results. She focuses on solution-based delivery, all-encompassing governance, change management, and best practice methodology, from design to delivery. Her ability to combine business knowledge with leadership expertise enables her to achieve her clients’ clearly identified “why” goals.

Outside of work, Calla is a devoted road cyclist and enjoys the local mountain playground she is fortunate to have in her backyard. She loves spending time with her daughter, and with her husband who shares her delight for Italian cuisine complete with wine pairing. She loves to travel and looks forward to exploring the globe.
