Kapil Gupta is the India Country Manager and Head of the India Global Service Center at sa.global. He is responsible for the profitable growth of sa.global’s India Service Center in line with the global business strategy of the group. As a Global Leadership Team member, Kapil also contributes towards the development of new revenue generation services, top-line growth, operating model design, and the business metrics setup for the Global Service Centers.

Kapil is passionate about leveraging potentials of technology to innovate and transform businesses. He has led strategic transformation initiatives across financial services, manufacturing, and professional services industries. With over two decades of experience in the IT service industry, Kapil has worked with global clients and has previously played various growth-oriented roles in the capacity of delivery and consulting leader and has incubated new business practices at some of the best IT firms in the country.

Always open to discussions, Kapil is invested in engaging with like-minded people in the industry to discuss, contribute, and be an advisor of subjects that revolve around technology. When time permits, he enjoys nature walks and contributes towards social initiatives.
