L&T Integrated Engineering Services, a strategic business unit of Larsen & Toubro, has implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 to achieve a cost-effective process management tool for its growing business. The company partnered with sa.global to deploy Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 ERP solution.

With the new solution, timesheets are integrated into the billing process which guarantees timely invoicing. Also, regular reports on productivity ensure that managers can put the right resources to deliver customer’s requirements. With this L&T IES has seen an overall improvement in its Management Information System reporting. The business unit is now able to adapt and respond quickly to changing business conditions.
