Olya Gakovic is the Head of AI Operations globally and Serbia Country Head. She brings over 25 years of experience in management, consulting, and team leadership across the USA and Europe. In her current role, she steers AI-powered operations for the organization globally, ensuring delivery teams are enabled to work with sa.global’s AI platform and supporting CAIO to build the methodology and tooling behind it; all as part of sa.global’s broader transformation from a traditional ISV into an AI advisory firm. She also oversees sa.global’s operations in Serbia.
An MBA graduate with real-world entrepreneurial experience, Olya joined sa.global in early 2020 from PRODYNA, where she served as Regional Manager since 2014, leading efforts that strengthened operating efficiency, office integration, and team performance.
Olya was born in Bosnia, completed high school in Oklahoma, studied in Cyprus and Serbia, and completed her MBA in the USA.
Outside of work, Olya enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, as well as traveling with her partner.
