Andreas is the Director of Sales for Germany at sa.global, bringing over 11 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics channel.
He is passionate about the Dynamics platform and its ability to create real business impact within the Service-Centric Industry Cloud. Andreas is driven by key priorities such as adoption, change management, and understanding the business processes and value chains of his clients. In addition to his Dynamics expertise, he has advised major clients like Miele and Bertelsmann on Modern Workplace (M365) solutions, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the broader Microsoft platform.
Prior to joining sa.global, Andreas was Chief Commercial Officer at Fellowmind, where he led the sales and marketing teams for the German entity, managing over 200 people and contributing to a group of 2,000. One of his proudest achievements was growing the sales team from just 2 to 20 members, transforming the company into one of Germany’s top Microsoft partners. He found the most joy in helping others excel in their roles.
In his free time, Andreas enjoys spending time with his wife Marina and their three children—Mariella, Leonora, and Vincent. A hands-on family man, he takes pride in caring for his garden and home, making the most of his time with his lively family.
