As Chief of Staff and Senior Transformation Partner at sa.global, Howard’s work involves strategizing for sa.global’s AI transformation program and supporting the company leadership in achieving success in the market. He is also responsible for driving company performance through its own application of the technologies.
Before joining sa.global, Howard spent over thirty years working across Aerospace, Telecoms, Consulting, Health and Government in a series of transformation, IT and operational excellence roles, most recently as Head of Strategy & Architecture for Group IT at Ericsson. Earlier in his career, he led the NHS Procurement Transformation Programme at the UK Department of Health, was CIO for NHS Supply Chain and held operational excellence and business process roles at Ericsson and Rolls-Royce. His background spans large-scale change and transformation programs, operating models, and, more recently, the practical application of AI to drive innovation and productivity.
Howard lives in Sussex with his wife and son. Outside of work, long cycle rides on his racing bike may have given way to more sedate dog walks, but he still enjoys getting out and about in the beautiful Sussex countryside and along the South Coast.
